The "centre CGT Benoît Frachon" is located at 5 minutes walk from the RER B train station "Courcelle-sur-Yvette", the station just preceeding the end "Saint-Rémy-les Chevreuse". The centre Frachon stands along the small river "Yvette" on a private green park of 7 hectares (17 acres) and is composed of different buildings. Lectures, Meals and housings will be at the centre Frachon in the different buildings.

Housings are split in 2 buildings, named "Chalet" and "Fernard Léger". All bedrooms are single rooms. A typical bedroom comprises a 140cm bed, a bathroom with toilet, desk and free wifi connection. Relaxing areas include the green park with a multisport ground (mini-soccer, handball, basketball), a petanque ground (very important during the summer time in France) and a tennis court. There are other indoor sport facilities (fitness trail, gym), reading room, library and small lounges for video and television. The building named "Le Coinvivial" has been rent for the participants of the summerchool (pools, table-tennis, jukebox, table soccer).
